Multi Crew Co-operation Course
What is the MCC?
As from l July 1999, as part of European aviation harmonisation, Joint Aviation Authority (JAA) regulations have required that an MCC Course be completed prior to the first multi-crew type being endorsed on the licence. The MCC Course is, in effect, a merger of the former Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Line Oriented Flight Training (LOFT) courses which many airlines operated prior to the new JAA legislation.
The Flight Centre offers the MCC course in a state-of-the-art Flight and Navigation Procedures Trainer (FNPT2)
The pre-entry requirments for the MCC:

Be the holder of an ICAO IR (A).
